Dr. Michelle Lo

Michelle grew up in Hong Kong and completed her secondary education in England. She received her medical qualification from the University of Hong Kong. She has been working in the general practice within the largest public hospital system in Hong Kong after graduation. Michelle has received medical training in multiple specialties and has worked in health clinics for the underprivileged.

Dr. Lo also has an interest in healthcare systems and health education. She took a hiatus from general practice and pursued postgraduate studies in public health, and graduated with Distinction from Imperial College London. She returned to Hong Kong and continued her clinical work. She has since passed the Conjoint Hong Kong College of Family Physicians and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Fellowship Examination. Additionally, Michelle’s interests in dermatology and children’s health have led her to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University, and a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.

Michelle is currently in private practice; with a background in clinical medicine, and a vision in public health, Michelle hopes to, one day, transition to healthcare management. Michelle is fluent in Cantonese and English. She can also speak some Mandarin, Shanghainese and French.
